Description:
Cooled tank realized in stainless steel AISI 316 entirely and equipped of group refrigerator electro-automatic. Available in three dimensions:
alpha 001/150; alpha 002/300; alpha 003/450
Basis of the novelty:
The system allows to carry out the treatment of the crustaceans with conserving ( sodium sulfite - E221 ) to temperatures slight over 0°C and offers the following advantages: it improves the shelf-life of the shrimps and norway lobster; it respect the enforced norm in hygiene matter and alimentary security.
Application:

The system is designed mainly to the shrimp trawler and to the industries that work in the field of conservation of crustaceans.
